Can I buy an individual ticket?
Yes, tickets are available in Group and individual Tickets
Demarcated Campsites & Stage Stands
Campsites are designated & demarcated, for your convenience & for purposes of being social distance compliant. Campsites can be reserved along with sites in front of the stage; for an additional R500. Alternatively sites are available on a first come first served basis, at no additional charge
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Clanstival is an Alcohol-free festival and none will be sold on site.
Do I have to camp?
Campsites are designated and all attendees are encouraged to enjoy the full experience. We understand that some groups may prefer to come and go over the days; that is 100% fine too. But there will still only be one ticket type.
Do I need to bring food and drinks?
There will be delicious foods and drinks available to buy on site. But feel free to bring whatever you need as basics.
Will it be too noisy that my children won’t be able to sleep?
Whilst we can’t guarantee who your “neighbours” will be, or whose Dad will snore the loudest, we do have a “no noise past 9pm” policy; and the last act ends at 9pm.
What about smoking?
There will be designated smoking areas in the public arena, and smoking at campsites is permitted. 1st rule of smoking, no butts. 2nd rule of smoking, NO BUTTS.
Are campfires permitted?
For safety of all attendees, we do not permit campfires. But there will be communal bonfires & braai areas for all to enjoy.
What must I bring?
Swimming costume (Swimming Dam)
Towels (Showers Provided)
Bicycles (Plenty MTB tracks)
And of course…your Friends & Family ♡
Permanent Structure Restrooms
Mountain Bike Trails
Dirt Bike Trails
Fresh Spring Swimming
And of course, some of the best entertainment in SA
Are there wild animals?
We are very fortunate to be situated in the Dargle Conservancy, so wildlife is abundant. There are many buck, rabbits, jackals, birds of prey, monkeys, frogs and Bush pigs. With the volume of people, they most likely won’t venture close but NB: DO NOT LEAVE, OR SLEEP WITH, FOOD IN YOUR TENT.
Will there be medical services?
Paramedics and a Doctor will be in attendance and on standby.
